location was perfect, elevator presence big plus for us, apartment equipped with all needs
My stay was comfortable. The bed was comfortable, nice hot shower, little grocery store up the street and they were responsive via WhatsApp to any questions or concerns I had. The apartment was very cold the first night(the heating hadn’t been turned on prior, but they sent someone over to adjust the heating which I appreciated. I would definitely stay again.
Great space in this 1 bedroom apt. Very spacious with a kitchenette! Right in the center of Santa Croce Church and piazza! Perfect place!
Location was excellent! All of Florence was an easy walk away, but the area was reasonably quiet at night. The gelato shop down the street was amazing and so are the local restaurants.
Great location and the most comfortable bed we slept while in Italy!!!! Surprisingly very quiet during the night!
