Exceptionally clean apartment in walking distance to the Duomo. The apartment is right at the edge of the ZTL zone and with a garage to park in very near by, so it is convenient if you are by car. We had absolutely all necessities in the apartment. Check in was very easy, instructions were clear and communication with the host was spotless.

We had an amazing time in Florence and this place was hassle free. Very responsive host, easy access to place. After a few days we have had the local bar, local bakery and we have felt as at home. A lot of the small gadgets were there which made life easier: such as plugs, salt and pepper and coffee. We also have been welcomed with wine. Good instructions on how to use appliances. A comfortable bed and the whole apartment was designed in a way to be easy to get around, good pressure in the shower, and good toiletries. Walking distance to the centre and a good selection of bars nearby.

The apartment has excellent facilities and Livia went out of her way to help us with everything. Very comfortable and easy for cooking with a local Co op. Bus 6 is very close and goes right into Florence and train station.

The place and Livia (the host) was incredible. I really recommend this place to stay at the beautiful Florencia

Apartment was gorgeous and the host had thought of so many small details that made you feel right at come (power plugs, tissues, lollies, a bottle of wine, etc.). Host was also extremely helpful and responsive when we were trying to find the apartment and parking and anything else we needed.
