The host was super nice and helpful! He gave us so much info and local recommendations to ensure our stay was comfortable and successful. We really appreciate his hospitality and kindness! Fred is the best host we have ever encountered. Our booked room has a private bathroom but separated by a hallway- which I did not like - and we wanted to pay for an upgrade to a nicer room. Fred was so kind that he offered us a bigger suite without charging us the upgrade fee. He also helped me to search for solutions regarding my Train ticket refund. Overall, Fred impressed us so much that we would give him 20/10 if possible. Highly recommend this place!
Room ver spacious with great view, up-to-date with all modern equipment, impeccably clean plus comfortable beds.
Super kind host, central location, large room, room facilities.
Clean, comfortable, quiet. Great location, close to a major train station and a busy piazza, yet very safe and quiet. The host was very helpful with lots of tips for visiting Genova and vicinity. I really liked all the little details, coffee maker and kettle in the room, hooks in the bathroom and the main room, a small vending machine with snacks and beverages.
The host couldn't have been better. He even came back at night to fix the wifi after a storm. Room was large and extremely clean.
