Best staff in italy, great breakfast ,great location .
I loved the warm welcome from all Alinari stuff, everyone were smiling and welling to assist in anytime and they tried their best to make everything go smoothly and their procedures were very easy. since we stepped in it felt like home and I loved the way they treated us and how generous they were.
I didn't not expect that kind of hospitality and respect and for sure when I decided to come again I will definitely choose this hotel.

Thanks to Cristiano and team for their world class hospitality. Very good location , SMN is only 100 m away. Near to Duomo and one can get all amenities as required within 50 M radius. The location is absolutely perfect for access to the train station SM Novella and the T.2 tram to the airport. There is a bar next door open early and late and the hotel team is extremely helpful, provided me with water without fussing around of charging me for it and provided coffee when I had to leave before breakfast started. The day shift concerige greeted m walkin in to the building when I left.
