Very clean cozy small hotel in the center of the city. Friendly service with free afternoon tea and sweets
Great little hotel in the heart of Florence. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and happy hour.
Close to the Palazzo Vecchio (4 minutes by walk), clean qnd quiet room, free water dispenser, free snacks time (6:30 pm to 7:30 pm)
Angelo greeted us, helped take our bags to the room and even advised how to navigate the Florence Polizia to pay a parking fine I acquired elsewhere in the city. He was polite, very helpful and certainly improved our image of the hotel. He even pointed us to an excellent pizza place (Ciro) The kind man who served us during the happy hour was attentive and friendly as was the incredible breakfast team the next morning.
