The location is very close to the train station and the major sites like the Duomo.
The hotel is beautiful. Room was comfortable, very clean. Loved everything about it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
10+ actually. The hotel staff are wonderful. Gianmarco and Levani helped make our visit to Florence unforgettable.
Hotel was awesome. Perfect location. Everything in a walkable direction. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was great with great views. Staff was extremely friendly. They offered info on places to see, things to do, places to eat and even offered to make reservations for us if we wanted. They even had umbrellas for us on one of the rainy days. Loved it!
The bed was a little hard and so were pillows. The air conditioner was not cool enough.
