The service was amazing and our room was spectacular.
Super convenient location to Duomo, San Lorenzo and market - literally 5 min. Valentina and Laura Jiang were very responsive and helpful before we arrived
Conveniently located, walking distance to everything. The staff were so pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The Deluxe King room was very spacious, modern and clean! Daisy’s restaurant and bar were an added bonus, great atmosphere with live music in the evening.
The property was absolutely beautiful and centrally located. From the staff to the room and the overall ambiance, everything was truly five stars. The attention to detail and exceptional service from every single staff member were outstanding. Turn-down service, fresh linens, and having the bed made twice a day were thoughtful touches.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room spacious, and the bathroom generous in size. There was no hard water, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was an amazing stay. I’ve stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one stands out as the best by far. From the impeccable customer service to the perfect room and even arranging cabs—it was all perfection!
