Staff are so kind! Before visiting, they replied to my enquiries very politely, and they also helped me a lot when I stayed at the hotel.

The size of the room was much bigger than anticipated , had a large balcony and the toilet was also fairly sized and very clean
Pool areas lovely. Relaxing hotel a short walk from centre. Friendly staff.
Overall it was a goood experience.
Staff was very helpful, especially at the reception. Except the bartender who refused to give me couple of cubes of ice to put on my kids skin rash without me buying drinks (heartless), everyone else were really helpful.
The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was full of variety and catered for everyone. Pool and the surrounding was fantastic. Location is perfect to reach all types of activates.
