Claudia is a brilliant person,she is very helpful and supportive. The room and bathroom are very comfortable and have all the necessary facilities. We were first time in Florence and I'm sure that if we come once again we'll stay here.
Claudia is an amazing host, she is very welcoming and knowledgeable, offered us great advice about local restaurants and markets. Apartment has great location and very atmospheric, we liked it a lot. We stayed only for one night, wish we could stay longer.
