Alessio was very friendly. He met me as appointed outside at the front door. The apartment is in an old building but very well equipped. The only noise I ever heard was someone playing occasional opera in the distance and only during the day which I found very pleasant. There is a CONAD City supermarket directly across the street and it's only a 10 minute walk to the train station and 2 short blocks from the Arno.
