Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Clean and has all the facilities including a clothes washer. The place is not near center of Florence - we had to take the tram to get back and forth. The tram comes frequently. Quiet place. Grocery stores near by within walking distance.
The place wasxmodern and minimalust, but with everything one would need. Everything was of very satisfactory cleanliness and repair, ( though the smaller showerhead was slightly wonky) the neighborhood seemed to be the tiniest bit sketchy, but ws ok the testaurant right on the corner (Opera 83) was wonderful, (the croissants were to die for!) and the people there were incredibly helpful and kind, calling taxi for us in our time of need.

el alojamiento es increíble , ósea podría quedarme a vivir a el . cómodo , limpio , bonito y una buena zona . tenía el tranvía a 10 min . me ha gustado muchísimo el apartamento .
Appartamento molto carino, ben arredato e pulitissimo, ottima posizione con la tramvia si raggiunge il centro storico in 10 minuti nemmeno. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.
