Excellent location, quiet and close to many amenities in the city. The apartment is clean, new and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The property manager/owner was very responsive.
The hosts were a 10! Federico and Erica were exceptional, and their communication was always timely, they provided great suggestions for the area and the welcome bottle of wine and coffee tea service was a really nice touch. We liked the informational booklet you prepared. With free parking, the location was great for walking to Modena's coffee shops & restaurants, the Albinelli market and the town square.
Good location close to down town , there is a supermarket 200 mts , parking poace inside very important.
House is really nice and has all you need
Apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Well equipped with everything we needed and in a very nice area with a coffee shop/patisserie and a supermarket 2 minutes away.

The hosts were fantastic from start to finish with tips on local eateries and booked us a taxi to the airport.
