Beautiful rooms of different sizes to accommodate our large family group. Everything was clean and comfortable. And the AC was really nice after a hot day or walking around.

Novella House is a great spot to stay in Florence. We were a family of four, so we really appreciated the space in our apartment, the elevator and, its fully equipped kitchen. We would recommend staying here for families!
Well located, the staff was very helpful, answered our questions, gave suggestions and suggested very good local restaurants.
We loved our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the actual hotel itself is in a great location, close to all major attractions. Margarita at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for Florence, you will not regret it. Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, everything was super clean.
