Sergio and his wife were incredible! They took the time to show and explain all the hot spots in Florence and the best places to eat. The room was really nice and clean. The location was perfect as well. Just right outside the center area so there was no noise outside. Highly recommend staying at this property!

Ada and Sergio are fantastic. They are ready and willing to assist you in everything: recommendations, advice, logistics, anything and everything. Our room was super clean and spacious. The design and color scheme of our room was super pleasant also. The location is perfect also, yet our room was very quiet so we got a great night’s sleep always. We cannot recommend enough. Sergio and Ada were super nice and helpful. You can tell they clearly care about their business and each guest is made to feel like family. He walked me through a whole list of activities and recommendations to eat on a paper map so that my wife and I would never be at a lack for things to do. I highly recommend! You will be well taken care of!!
