There was AC in the bedroom and living room, and they worked well.
The location is really good. Close to a bunch of bus stops which will take you where ever you want to go in Rome.
Nice that we were able to leave our luggage in the room earlier than check in.
I asked for more coffee and towels and the host brought it to us the next day.
There is a small elevator if you don't want to carry your luggage up the steps to the first floor.
We really enjoyed our stay overall. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is absolutely amazing, in a beautiful area of Rome. The apartment itself is very nice, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and pillow, and good air conditioning in both rooms.
We also appreciated the welcome water, coffee, and well-equipped kitchen, which included basic condiments and everything we needed to prepare simple meals.
The sofa bed was less comfortable, but manageable for a short stay.
