The charm of the place, big size room, clean, comfy bed and strategic location.

The property is extension of a hotel hence the amenities, furnishings were to hotel standard and room was spacious. The location was good as well.

I had a really good stay here, I stayed in the villa not the main hotel. It’s nice and quiet, very clean and comfortable, air con worked well and the bed was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Alberto on the front desk, and Oscar who showed me to my room and explained everything I needed to know. The staff helped me book a taxi to the airport, showed me good spots to visit on the map, and allowed me to store my luggage after check out so I could sight see before I flew home. There’s a lovely garden and pool at the main hotel which villa guests also have access to- great when it’s hot. My only qualm was that I would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room and access to an iron which the hotel said they weren’t able to provide. I was just a fifteen minute walk from the Piazza Del Duomo. I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere good and not too pricey in Florence.
