The ground floor 1-bedroom units are situated (one of a dozen or so) in an open-air courtyard surrounded by apartment buildings. Remarkably quiet. Units are very small but extremely well-laid out for utility and comfort. Great beds. Good wifi. Small combined kitchen and dining nook (no living room). Has a water cooler and a clothes washer. Great for a short stay and only a 10-min walk to train station.

Great outdoor garden to sit, read, eat in. Washing machine a plus with hanging rods in garden. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen easy to cook in and mineral water in large canister available to drink. No condiments for cooking. Nearby mini markets for the basics plus wine and beer. Quiet area to sleep in. Fransesco easy to reach on WhatsApp. It is in a local neighborhood close to train and bus stations. Relaxing place to wind down after a long day.

The property was very nice and the location awesome, but the most important for us was the caring and kindness of Frank, he was amazing and we recommend it for everybody who is coming to Bari.

Location was good! It was great having a kitchen. The kitchen had all our wants and needs. The host was excellent! We felt right at home. We would book again and again.

Very safe neighborhood. Small, cosy appartment with all equipments. You need to stay one day or a week its a suitable place for having good vacation we walked from our apartment to old town be foot and it took only 20 minutes. I would choose again to stay in this appartment if i would return to Bari.
