This is a great location for the overnight stay. The apartment is in walking distance from the airport, for Almaty known for its traffic jams, this is a perfect way to get some rest and be free of worries of not making to your flight because you got stuck in traffic somewhere. The friendly host offered to meet me half way with the car and helped me with my luggage. The apartment is a spacious studio unit on the first floor of the apartment building facing a lovely green front yard. There is a secure coded entry and keyed in door. The apartment looks modern and recently renovated. There is a full size kitchen, which I didn't use, but good to know it is available. There is WiFi available. There is a paved road leading from the apartment to the airport. It is closer to the domestic flights terminal than to the international. I got some rest before my overseas flight and I am very grateful for it.

Even though the apartment is Only 5 minute walking distance from the airport. They were waiting for us with a car at 5am. It has got a few cafe and canteens walking distance as well.
