I liked the kitchen , kitchen is so clean and all the dishes are complete, the reception and stuff are friendly. also the bed is so so comfortable, I'll back soon
I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Alma-Ata Hostel! The place is clean, cozy, and has such a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and I especially want to mention Gulzari—she’s always smiling, friendly, and ready to assist with anything. She truly made my stay feel like home. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. And the best part? It’s budget-friendly too! I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Almaty. The hostel was near to everywhere and you can walk. Near minimarket, bus station, metro station.
The room is spacious and beds are stable. Lockers are available for keeping valuables. Location is Perfect. Cleanliness is maintained. People are respectful regardless of nationality. Met wonderful people there.
