Friendly and accommodating staff. A great location that was walkable to most places of interest, as well as restaurants and cafes. A quiet room, which was just what I needed after a long journey to Astana.

The location is so central, you cam walk to several attractions, and has many buses near by for other places.
We like breakfast a lot. there are daily changed hot dishes, there are many other choices. In such cold weather, you feel special warm with those food.
