Everything from the staff, to the facilities were great. There is an option for a driver to transfer to the hotel, which was very convenient. This hotel is perfect for any appointments at the US embassy, just a 2 minutes walk. The room was very quiet and had everything needed.

The apartment is huge and can easily accommodate 4 people. it is in a high rise building and generally clean and stocked with the appliances you would need including a washing machine. The one I stayed in had a balcony and quite a nice view from a very high floor. You have to go to their lower floor office to check in but that is not much of an issue. The staff was very nice and helpful and they are actually available 24x7 (it is an apt hotel - not a hotel but still!). Infact the lady printed out my boarding pass like at 3am in the morning and was super prompt to reply to my whatsapp message. the toiletries, towels are are good quality as well.

My mom was traveling by her self and front desk very helpful , help her with wife , calling taxi and other thinks

Wonderful Customer Service - ladies at the reception took care of every request we’ve made on timely manner. Large suite with an amazing panoramic city-view and full kitchen. Comfortable bed and sofabed. Excellent location - across the street from the beautiful Mosque and US Embassy.
