Good value for the price, nice amenities, and friendly staff (possible to pay by card). Make sure to ask for the wifi password at the front desk though.

Everything was very good, the owner is very helpful
Five Seasons, was a very good place to stay. Staff was very friendly, though we didn't know the language, we exchanged all our conversations through facial expressions , smiles & sometimes google translator. Lovely place to stay. I initially worried, because of my kid, but trust me its a great place one can stay & family friendly. We cooked our dinner everyday & kitchen was easily accessible. Thank you Five Seasons for giving us a wonderful stay in Almaty. Love from India !
