Hostel 211A offers good sized rooms and a comfortable bed. I liked having the single bed. OK storage space. Bathroom clean but might not be enough if room is full. Towels, etc are for rent. Good kitchen and social space both inside and outside. Not far from metro and on bus lines. Several good markets nearby. Not sure how much of a social scene it has.

Excellent location close to supermarket, restaurants and metro station.. All the staff were approachable, friendly and very attentive to all your needs.. like for example; we don’t have adaptor but they let us borrowed for 3 nights of our stay.. I will come back again soon and recommend this hostel to my friends who wished to explore Almaty Kazakhstan

-really nice and helpful staff -lounge zones are great. there are indoor areas as well as outdoor - bathroom facilities are very clean and nice -they give you clean bed sheets upon arrival

clean, friendly receptionists (one even helped me out with my tickets), facilities are maintained, and the bean bags at the lounge area is an awesome idea. very chill place
