The apartment was great! We traveled as a family of four. Everything you need was available at the apartment. The location is great for us, because the biggest mall (Mega-Alma-Ata Mall) is near the apartment. It takes around 20 minutes on taxi to get to the center of the city on non-peak hours, which is really not an issue. We arrived late at around 4am, and surprisingly we were greeted and welcomed by one of the supervisors, who then gave us the keys and showed the apartment. Was very nice of them! overall, great experience!
