Living on the snow-capped mountains is like a once in a lifetime experience. The location to phenomenal. Worth every penny

The hotel staff and location was amazing we loved the facility Mr Bekarys was amazing he personally assisted us for all our queries each time we message he instantly assisted us, we never had such a friendly and helping approach with any other hotels, much appreciated The room was amazing with mountain view, it even had nesperesso machine and also netflix tv, with marshall speaker, the water was so pure to drink, toilets have towel heater and private sauna we enjoyed it like heaven Overall 100/100 must must try Ps: for one day we had issue with head it was headache and kind of dizzy feel due to the 3200 meter above sea level which we cannot blame the hotel , but rest all are fine Breakfast was from partner resturant Syn32 which had amazing english breakfast and cappacinos and lattes

The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull all the day

This hotel is located at top of the mountain. The access is by cable car only. But it is amazing how they could create and maintain such a facility at the top. The views and sauna experience was excellent. The interiors are made very well. The restaurant there had a fireplace and the food with service was good.

Amazing property with breathtaking views. The breakfast at Syn32 was also delicious.
