Breakfast was a very nice meal and the staff were super helpful in booking tours out into the desert and around the city! Rooms were amazing value with nice personal bathroom and comfortable bed/temperature. Location is pretty sweet and close to the Caspian Sea and nice walking areas in the city!
Proper hotel with all the facilities that you would expect, in a great location (everyone in Aktau seems to know the place, so was quite easy to find even at midnight), all for a good price. The included breakfast was reasonably good. The lady at the front desk spoke English, check in and check out were smooth. Had no issues despite arriving late night (around 1 AM).
The front desk attendant helped me a lot with getting taxi from the airport. She found me the taxi for a good price, was online when my flight was delayed, and made the driver wait for me without penalty. SCAT airlines turned out to be famous for its delays.
The place is okay to stay. Spacious room, comfortable bed.
Lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms. Also good breakfast. Amazing location
