Staff very friendly. I needed to purchase some items and they guided me toward stores on the nearby business street. The breakfast offerings were adequate and servers very polite.
Good location if you want to stay in downtown Nairobi, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good size room, bathroom and shower ok, good breakfast and restaurant.
The staff member named Lizzy who served us the food during breakfast, she was nice!

The breakfast was good, the staff were all very helpful . It was extremely nice that Liz came to greet us every morning during breakfast with a beautiful smile .She made sure we were all ok and answered any question we had. We really appreciated her efforts as we were there on day of the big demonstration. We felt very safe during our 4 nights stay in the hotel. Thank You to all the staff.
