Truly kind and helpful team!
I was genuinely impressed by how warm and helpful the team was. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and always willing to explain things clearly whenever I had questions.
What stood out most to me was the level of care I received—not just basic hospitality, but thoughtful help that made my time in the area much easier and more comfortable. One staff member even went out of their way to accompany me to a location I needed to find, which I deeply appreciated.

Am having quite a nice experience at Decasa hotel ,you’ve got amazing and very professional associates at the front desk . I want to especially commend the receptionist (Tasha) for the smooth checkin on the day i arrived,and the fact that she is always in a genuine smile which is a really good gesture in hospitality .

The quality of the room was fairly good. Good for the price paid. The location of the hotel is in a crowded downtown area. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The property and the room was very clean, the food of the restaurant was very tasty and the good thing was that the restaurant is open 24 hours and the restaurant staff handled the customer very well, the location is very good, I would like to stay again.
