Am having quite a nice experience at Decasa hotel ,you’ve got amazing and very professional associates at the front desk . I want to especially commend the receptionist (Tasha) for the smooth checkin on the day i arrived,and the fact that she is always in a genuine smile which is a really good gesture in hospitality .
It was clean
I had a channel on the TV that I could watch
The quality of the room was fairly good. Good for the price paid. The location of the hotel is in a crowded downtown area. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The property and the room was very clean, the food of the restaurant was very tasty and the good thing was that the restaurant is open 24 hours and the restaurant staff handled the customer very well, the location is very good, I would like to stay again.
