Huge room and super friendly staff! Everything was very clean and they helped us with metro information to bus station as well! The lady in charge was already leaving when we arrived at the building but she was kind enough to go up to the reception with us for the check in with her staff and waited until we went to our room.
I like the hotel location which is just next to the train station and near town center.
Easy to find delicious food nearby and various choices.
The room's sound proof is good, necessary bathroom and room amenities are provided.
The hotel is centrally located and can be reached very easily from Kunming airport by Metro. My room was on 17th floor and the view from my room was beautiful. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
Location nearby to metro station and Kunming train station. Also easy accessible to nearby Nanxing pedestrian street where you can various local Yunnan foods.
I got sick and the staff were understanding and I stayed 2 nights that enabled me to recover and continue my travels
