The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially front desk staff Xiaoyang. We had an enjoyable stay at Wanda Vista.

Staff were so helpful despite not speaking a huge amount of English

It was my 2nd stay during this trip because i had to head back to Kunming. We liked the hotel and location so we decided to choose it again. The staff was exceptionally helpful in retrieving my taobao packages and delivering them to my room. Truly appreciated that as i was still making my way back from Guizhou. They are very responsive if you need to commincate with them. Room was big and spacious. Super comfortable and clean! Located right next to wanda mall, which had loads of food offerings. The hotel breakfast and dinner options were delightful too.

Loved the property, rooms were super modern and cozy. Customer service was good. Beds were comfy.
