Facilities is new and roomy, and the views are good. It’s next to a mall/apartment complex with very good community energy (e.g., young couples, kids, dogs).

The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Especially for people who are vegetarians and Vegan, they had multiple options. The restaurant staff was kind and eager to help

I absolutely was amazed on how the duty manager was able to come out of his way to resolve the taxi abuse that charged me 10 times the transfer cost from airport to hotel not to forget Steven the doorman and reg the exceptional concierge. I can only say that this type of attitude madenthe experience unforgettable especially in today's reality of individualism. This was really unexpected.

On another note the breakfast is simply outstanding.

It's a great location, and I believe it's the best hotel near the exhibition. The bed is comfy, and I love the international socket. The room design and bathroom are very unique. I love the whole layout.

The hotel is perfectly located for visiting WECC conference centre. Friendly staff, luxury rooms with perfect comfortable bed. Breakfast overwhelming lots of choices.
