We’d like to extend a huge thanks to Lindsey, Jayzel, Alex, Ken, and Sanjieb (Grand Ambassador), each of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, and dedication to exceptional hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. They’re the reason we’ll definitely be coming back! The room was another highlight, immaculately clean, incredibly spacious, and equipped with modern technology that made everything convenient and luxurious. And of course, the location is unbeatable! The hotel sits right at the heart of Macau, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying the comforts of a premium stay.

The staff were incredible. The place is huge, I kept walking around finding more and more places to eat.I am already try to plan a visit back in November. I only had two days planned but once I realized how grand this establishment is I will plan for more days.

service and the staff themselves are top notch. I came with my mom and they raised the room rating and it was something cool.... and the room is super with a mini bar with a full-screen TV and Byredo cosmetics. I recommend and will come again, thanks for the real quality and service. My mom liked the bed and how nice it was to sleep!!

our room was totally non-smoking, without any trace of smell of smoke, very pleased with the beds as they were very comfortable.
