Had a wonderful stay at the Epic Tower with the family. The staff were genuine and helpful, they were friendly at check in, and prepared kids amenities for us inside the room after seeing we have kids. The room was beautiful and everything was well prepared, clean and sufficient. The kids had a great time at the bathrub! Location was great, it was right above the water park, playroom, food courts and other hotels as well.

Very friendly and exceedingly helpful staff. Special thanks to front desk staff Daniel Kwan who went out of his way to assist us in getting to the border in time for our return to Hong Kong. The restaurant servers were also very attentive. Food at breakfast is hand-down the best I have ever had at any 5-star hotels around the world!

It’s very new and as a separate tower from the main tower, it’s more intimate. Never had a queue at the check in desk and concierge even during peak LNY holidays. Staff were helpful and very responsive over booking.com messaging, and put in amenities like a tent, mustela set and a football for my son. Even had slippers and bathroom for 2 yo and did a bit of child proofing. The property is also connected to the new light rail so made travelling around certain places a bit more convenient.
