Overall, the hotel was ok..
Just a small incident where upon check in, room key card did not work & have to chg room. Was processed & given anoth room in a jiffy.
Left my bag in the previous room & didnt realised until the staff that attended to us returned my bag when i have settled down at the new room. Very responsible & honest staff. Bfast buffet was decent. Checking out was quick & was sent off by friendly staff. Had a pleasant experience & would consider to come back to stay again in the future...
The breakfast have varies of options, good staff service which attend children needs (by giving kids's plastic spoon, cup and plate). The reception also good with communication.
