My family enjoyed our stay at Biwa. The hotel is located near the main Downtown area, so we were able to walk there with our children to explore the downtown area. Many restaurants, convenience stores (OXXO and 7-Eleven), and stores are nearby, so you could easily walk there as well. The room was very spacious with a high ceiling and clean, the pool was nice and clean, and the A/C was working great to keep us nice and cool when we were in the room. We had a Junior Suite and a standard room. I loved both rooms. The Junior Suite features a larger refrigerator, a kitchen, and a spacious living area. The standard room has a sink in the kitchen, which was also super helpful.

It was fairly quiet. We loved the pool!! And the easy downtown access. Close to bus routes, eating and grocery.

The staff was very nice, and the room was very spacious and clean! Breakfast at the cafe was fantastic! There are some good restaurants within walking distance.

Great hotel. We've stayed a few times and Stephanie at the desk knows us now and is a friendly face after a long drive. The water pressure and temperature of the shower is amazing and the pool is great

BIWA Tulum is a great little hotel that provides excellent value. It is new, modern, super clean, and very professional for a small hotel. The developer has thought of everything to satisfy your needs. The room is very large and includes a sink, dishes, and microwave as well as the coffee/tea. It’s only a few blocks to the main highway where you can find everything. Best of all are Lupita and Clara at the front desk. They are ver pleasant, full of personality and anxious to help you. They are a treasure.
