Cozy beds, a microwave, a fridge, free water bottles every day, a small kitchen, which is super convenient, and a free laundry room too. It feels like I'm in a vacation home, not a hotel.

You can enjoy the beaches around the hotels that are close by ::: all the staff is very attentive !!
Everything is within walking distance or you can take the local hotel zone bus it takes you everywhere
You can go to vivo bongo and catch the bus back
Best part of the hotel was the beach; the hotel is situated in the calm and clear waters of the Cancun Bay area. Hotel beach amenities (Palapas and beach chairs) made for a pleasant and relaxing day at the beach. Dipped in the pool once, water was quite warm compared to the beach but was a clean and inviting environment. No interaction with hotel staff, other than check in. Purpose was to relax and hit the beach; towels were provided and easy to check in/out. Room was clean, comfortable bed, standard - tv, microwave, fridge, AC, standard bathroom, excellent beach view. Did not eat or drink at hotel as we wanted to explore Cancun's offerings. Restaurants and grocery stores were all within walking distance. Public bus stop (@12pesos per trip) was within walking distance to explore Centro Cancun/downtown and hang out at Parque de las Palapas for food and free entertainment.
