Расположение отеля хорошее, пляж прекрасный, по нашему мнению, один из лучших пляжей Канкуна. Чистый белый песок, чистое море, отсутствие волн, комфортные лежаки и зонтики, обученный персонал, хороший бар на пляже и профессиональные бармены, вкусная еда с ресторанах, хороший разнообразный завтрак, много фруктов

Сервис на высшем уровне, очень внимательны и заботливы.

Very nice hotel with reception service, tour desk and external restaurant booking service. The rooms are not brand new but are very clean. The beach is beautiful with calm waters and sun beds always available. The stretch of beach is much wider than the area towards Playa Delfines, making it ideal for walking. The beach bar service is acceptable. The hotel has a bus stop in both directions very close by and a supermarket across the street. Breakfast is very varied and served by the sea. The hotel has two very nice swimming pools that are open until late at night. Uber in Cancun works very well and is useful for getting around at a much lower price than taxis.

Fabulous beach side lounging facilities & delicious restaurant. Excellent service from staff. Breakfast choice was amazing! The bedroom itself was pretty basic but we got excellent value for money.

Incredible place and super building. You have everything, 3 restaurants, fitness center, 2 pools, spa and an amazing beach. At the spa, booking a massage, you have access to a steambath and a jacuzzi to relax before the treatment. Rooms are spacious and provided with all necessities. But the main plus is the staff. All of them was amazing but i have to mention 4 outstanding persons. Guillermo and Alejandro from Le Cap restaurant and Miriam and Gonzalo from the Deck Bar. Especially Gonzalo, he is nicest person i have ever met in an hotel, and this come from a person working in the sector. He always remember which drink i prefer and was ready to welcome you as best. Big thanks Gonzalo, you made my vacation!
