We liked the experience overall, great and friendly staff at all times. Facilities were excellent and clean and the beach area is really well organized, easy access to the water. The pianist, Felipe Mirafuentes, was fantastic!, one of our favourite times.

The location is great, the facilities also very good and the staff was very helpful. In summary a great place to go with your family for a nice holiday.
1) Right from the entry to the hotel, the facility was very clean and lively. The staff - starting from the doorman, front desk, all the restaurant staff, cleaning staff were very cheerful and hospitable.
2) Food was very clean, healthy, and tasty. All meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner had variety daily, including constant items that were very popular.
