The suite we booked was incredible. Private porch and amazing in room tub - honey moon suite vibes for sure. It was a block away from lagoon so easy to walk and have wonderful waterfront views.

Sink smelled bad water was leaking from the sink, restroom didn’t flush properly

Beautiful, from the moment we entered the reception, we were greeted by very friendly staff and a beer. The room with the pool on the roof was worth the splurge! You have an entire rooftop, with mini fridge, bathroom and of course pool with a view to yourself! The room itself was spotlessly clean, with a well appointed kitchenette. The bathroom was huge and the shower was hot with great water pressure (hard to find in Bacalar). The lagoon is an easy walk across the street and the dock was a perfect spot to hang out all day. If you’re tired and don’t want to hunt down food, there is a decent restaurant on site. We will stay here again when we return.

Beautiful rooms and property, loved the pool, the staff was super friendly and helpful, location was terrific with a little trail down to the beautiful lagoon and easy walking distance to the main part of town. Just remember to bring bug spray (you’re in the jungle next to a lagoon after all ;)
