We are bicycling the tour Aotearoa trail and the route we took goes right by this facility. There are no other motels/hotels in the area this close to leaving Auckland and this room was in the right location. There was a safe place to store my bicycle and we were able to check in off the e-mail sent us with code information.
Good location to local shops and amenities.

Very comfortable, not too far from the CBD and anything that was closer was either much less nice or much more expensive.
Owner made sure everything was good via message but otherwise left us alone, great communication and service
