The decor is beautiful, sculptered ceilings and cut outs in the walls to show how the building was made. If you like old homes, this is a very good example. Warm in the common roomsa dn heaters in own room.
Well located. Close to good coffee places and restaurants.
Location near university and hiking trails. Very charming converted older house and accommodations . Great hosts. Nice breakfast included. Nice towels, toiletries and plenty of hot water. Plenty of parking
Great location and easy to walk to Dunedin city centre. The included breakfast was lovely, although I would have loved to see a plant based milk option. Staff were wonderful and very welcoming, and the place was super clean and tidy.
The guest house is in a beautiful building with plenty of space. The location was very close to town, university and Botanical gardens. Breakfast was a lovely bonus! Staff were incredibly friendly too!
