The location was great, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
There was only one cup and one water in the room, for 2 people. It was quite difficult to get another cup. The room is very dark and the lighting is bad.
But apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful hotel, very green and silent, ten minutes from downtown. Friendly and responsible staff. Hudge room, about 35m2, with a clean bathroom. Strongly recommend. Many thanks to Omar from the reception, who helped me to get my forgotten in Puno cardholder!

Great location, waking distance from the center but not as crowded/busy. we had the suite with two bedrooms - perfect for a family like us. wonderful staff!

Overall a pleasant stay. The hotel gardens are well set out and the room was comfortable and clean.
