This is a modern, clean room, centrally located in the old town. I got the room with the terrace for a few bucks more. The terrace is utilitarian; no thing of beauty. I feel the place was fairly priced.
It was close to many restaurants and beaches. The room was spacious and nicely designed. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had a great shower.
When I say Angra Heritage City Center Hostel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming, I am not exaggerating. We chose to go to the Azores to celebrate my friend's upcoming wedding. Terceira was our second island of the trip and our group of 6 said we all have to make it a tradition to celebrate all of our future weddings at the hostel. Mariana greeted us and with a big smile, hand written notes, local sweets, matching hair ties (and more) that we took the cutest photos with. It was the perfect start to our Terceira adventure. The entire hostel was so clean and thoughtfully put together. Location was excellent, right in the center of everything and walkable to a small beach, restaurants, Cafes, grocery stores etc. If there's anything you do, choose City Center Hostel. You won't regret it
Amazing place, renewed and very well kept. Our suite was really good, spacious and with a cute terrace.

Totally advised to use as base for your Terceira island vacations.
Everything was wonderful! The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a private bathroom and full use of the shared kitchen. The staff was great--Vanessa was exceptional! She helped us with everything we needed, and she took extra time to arrange for just the tour we wanted!
We highly recommend staying here.
