It was a quiet area with close proximity to everything
The staff were so friendly and the couldn't do enough for you, the welcome we felt absolutely made it for us. We stayed in a few different hotels in cornwall during our holiday and this one was the best

We ate at the restaurant twice, both times the food was delicious.
