An private bathroom and a TV are featured in each room at The Kilbirnie, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Fresh local produce and seafood are used to create traditional English cuisine in the on-site restaurant, and a wide variety of wines from the hotel’s cellar are also on offer. Surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing can all be enjoyed at the local beaches of Fistral and Watergate, which are both within 10 minutes’ drive. The Eden Project is a 30-minute drive and features the world’s largest indoor rainforest.

The property has massive family rooms complete with what you’ll need for families with kids of any age. It’s very near to a walkable trail park with lovely view of the sea. Close to the town and train station. They have heated indoor and (unheated) outdoor pools. The staff are very accommodating.
The staff were excellent. The waiter with the long hair was excellent and the main receptionist was great! Really friendly and nothing was a problem.
The pool needs an update. The paint is cracking and peeling and makes it look dated.
Very clean and fresh hotel. Staff were absolutely lovely.
Immaculate rooms, friendly and helpful reception staff, secure parking, very tasteful decor.
