Friendly staff. Lady who serviced the room was excellent. The room was spotless. Bar staff were really good. Bar was tidy and a lovely place to sit and have a drink Wilfred's restaurant was excellent, the food was very good and the service very professional. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient.
We stayed overnight at the hotel following a family 80th birthday party held in the Coppice Suite. The meal was excellent and the staff tending the bar were helpful and friendly. They were Chantelle and Daphne.
We loved Wilfred's restaurant.
We only had one night there and had to leave at 6:30 am the next morning for an early flight from Manchester Airport so unfortunately we were not able to explore the full facilities....
The staff were very very polite in all areas of the hotel especially the meet and greet guy at the entrance. What a lovely guy he was
The breakfast and spa and restaurants were exceptional
