Convenient location...close to family who live in Padiham and Burnley. Easy parking. Quiet and comfortable.

Great boutique hotel in the middle of town.fabulous staff,Marnie In particular,but not taking anything away from Michael,Alison,and Donna.Room was quiet,cozy and spacious.A small safe for valuables would have made it perfect.Would definately stay again.

love the little guest kitchen on my landing for an early get away breakfast and fresh milk for my coffee

also lots of little extra touches in the room, very nice flapjack in a jar with the coffee and ive never stayed anywhere where you et your own Alexa in your room !

Lovely comfy bed and linen and great bathroom with walk in shower. Good location for busing into Burnley for the football. Friendly staff and good food in the evening. Very good value for money. Will return.
