Breakfast was great value for price, very friendly and helpful host. Room was very clean and had all that was needed
Great location and the room was very clean and had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly.
Lovely hosts, in room facilities were fine, large bathroom. We were able to keep our bicycles in a locked area and off site parking at a nearby bowling club was offered. Parking in Bath is not common so this was a bonus. For £5 a day, we could leave the car where it was and enjoy walking or the local bus service to get around. The owners have set up a very helpful website which provided heaps of useful information about Bath, places to go, where to eat etc including discounted access to Thermae Spa which we took advantage of.

A warm welcome from lovely hosts. A comfortable room with great facilities and an ideal location for Bath city centre. We would definitely recommend.
