Location was spot on, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious served by helpful staff. Parking was a bonus.

Great location with on site parking and close to Ambleside town centre. The room was clean and the bathroom appeared recently modernised. Staff were friendly and helpful. The choices for breakfast were varied and everything thing was delicious. We would recommend this guest house and will return in the future.
