Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was decent size. Close to town and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was quite good. A very nice stay if you enjoy a vintage building. Great location.
Loved the location of the hotel and the staff are fantastic, especially the lady who served us for breakfast (I am sorry o forgot your name), but she could not do enough and the breakfast choices are gorgeous, one of the best i have had in a hotel. The room was on the second floor and in 33 degree heat it was a long climb with no lift and very hot in the room with only a small portable fan that struggled to make a difference. The room itself was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. no complaints
The Hotel was beautiful. It was within walking distance to town. The staff were exceptionally nice. The Hotel Breakfast was the best we had in England. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved staying here and would love to come back someday.
We had a stressful journey to the duke and when we arrived the staff were so understanding and supportive and our stress melted away and we had a fantastic stay. Thankyou to all the staff for being so welcoming
Made you feel you went back in time, the place was very quaint and walking distance to everything we wanted to see! The service was excellent they made you feel very welcome!
